The production of raisins begins with a careful selection of the ripe grapes that are then transported to a drying place, with special geographical and environmental conditions; isolated, with a clear sky and where the sun's rays fall evenly on the place. 

Here the different types of grapes are carefully placed on plastic sleeves, and thus the slow and uniform dehydration of the fruit begins as a natural result of the action of the sun, the air and the safety of the environment.
