
Certifications
All processes that involve the production, harvest, industrialization, and packaging of the products we export are rigorously carried out in fields and plants that have certification and are processed under BRC and HACCP standards.
We also have personnel present in all processes to ensure that the requested quality will be delivered to our end customers. We have complete monitoring of the processes and all their records.
We can also process under Kosher and Halal requirements, for which we can provide the appropriate certification.

FDA

The BRC Standard is a global standard for food safety created by the British Retail Consortium, the organization to which it owes its initials. It was created with the dual purpose of, on the one hand, ensuring supplier compliance and, on the other hand, providing retailers with a tool with which to guarantee the quality and safety of the food products they sell.

KOSHER
Kosher certification is a process by which a company ensures that its foods are Kosher, or in other words, meet the specifications for consumption by observants of the Jewish religion.

HALAL
Halal simply means "permitted." Thus when we are talking about Halal food it means any food that is permitted for consumption according to Islamic Sharia. This means that for a food to be considered Halal it must comply with religious rituals and Sharia observances.
